On October 4th the first CVBA board of directors was created. At the first board meeting on October 18th the board elected the corporation officers.

The second business luncheon was an outstanding success. Over 30 people attended the event held at Chitiva's in Stockton on April 19th.
Three representatives from three local newspapers were there to discuss ways local businesss could use local news outlets as a marketing tool.
